Hi,
The base UI is boring after all these years. Sure, people design their own with the tools provided but most of them are more functional than pretty. What if blizzard set the art team to task to design some custom UI reskins and sold them on the blizz store? They would just provide an aesthetic and not give a player an advantage. They could be class themed, city themed, planet themed, of based on one of the primal forces (light, void, nature, necrotic, fel, arcane).
